Medicare Advantage members affected by flooding find additional support from health insurance provider

URBANA, Ill.—Health Alliance Medicare Advantage members in Cook, Kane, Lake and McHenry counties have additional support as they deal with the aftermath of recent flooding.
Affected members should contact Health Alliance if they need to discuss working through payment options following this 60-day extension, which gives providers additional time to submit claims.
Health Alliance Medicare will keep its members informed about coverage changes related to the declared disaster.
